Committee Roles and Responsibilities
Role | Description |

Race / Events Coordinator | Coordinate the organisation and promotion of the club’s participation in races and other running events |
Membership | Managing membership applications and annual subscriptions from members. |
Webmaster | Develop, maintain and moderate the Club's website and bulletin board. Reply to all enquiries received via the website's contact facility. |
Communications Officer | Coordinate (and produce, where lacking) the input for the fortnightly Pulse! e-mail to Club members, including race results, news, and advising on future races that may be of interest to Club members |
Social Secretary | Organise, suggest and oversee social activities for the Club, including: the annual dinner, refreshments at events, quizzes and other activities. |
Kit Organiser | Handling all the Club’s kit requests for all seasons! |
Secretary | Dealing with club correspondence.
Arranging dates and venues for committee meetings and taking minutes.
Responsible for club affiliation.

Treasurer | Report periodically, the Club's financial position to the committee and members. Controller for the Club's bank account. |
Vice Chair | Supporting the Chair and acting as a public face for the Club. Encouraging the continual development of the Club in line with the wishes of the members. |
Chair | Acting as a public face for the Club. Encouraging the continual development of the Club in line with the wishes of the members. Chairing the AGM and quarterly Committee meetings. |
