High Elms 10k - Sunday 9th June 2024

Sponsored by - Up and Running, Sevenoaks

Orpington Road Runners are proud to bring you our event around the nature trails of High Elms. The course is challenging and hilly, but very scenic to make up for it. Faster runners should expect to add at least 5 minutes to their PB times, whilst slower runners will be delighted with the value for money of running a 90-minute 10k.

Challenging

The race is a challenging single lap multi-terrain course through the Nature Trails of High Elms and some of Kent’s beautiful countryside.

If you’re on Facebook you can see details of the course on the  High Elms Facebook page

Chip & Medals for all

The race is chip timed and results are published shortly after the event. Please click here for the latest results

Individual & Team Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the first three men and women to finish and to age group winners. Team prizes are awarded to Athletic Clubs competing with the first three finishers from each club to count. Details of team membership will be taken from the information supplied by runners on their entries.

Restricted to…

The race is open to runners aged 15 years or older.

The event is organised by Orpington Road Runners but a special thank you must be made to:

  • Up & Running (Sevenoaks) – your local running shop – and our main sponsor

  • High Elms Rangers and volunteers for their help and support in staging the event, and ensuring the course is cleared of obstructions.

  • Flin’s Fitness, Connected Magazine and Fab Cycle Services for their continued support.

  • Finally thank you to the many dedicated runners young and old who continue to support us in our fundraising activities, and to the hundred or so marshals and helpers who give up their Sundays to help stage the event
